Firm, yeasty, planty to herbaceous, a little mushroomy and also bacony aroma of partly candied citrus fruits and pome fruits with hints of yellow spice. A little caramel and bacon in the mouth, nutty wood notes, mushrooms and spicy hints, drying tannin, suitable acidity, a little brittle and rustic on the palate, a touch of cocoa, much grip, has power, good to very good finish.
