2017 Köwerich Laurentiuslay Riesling Auslese trocken Großes Gewächs, Mosel, Germany

Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, lactic and volatile notes, pepper, mustard and a touch of salted lemon, earthy notes. Sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal, lactic and volatile notes, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fresh herbs, some mustard cucumber and floral traces, fairly good substance and persistence, hint of curry in the background, light yeasty notes, touch of mushrooms and tobacco, good, sweetish, juicy, grippy finish.
