Slightly developed, slightly smoky-woody scent of red and black berries with earthy to mineral, slightly tobacco, bacon and dried mushroom notes. Mature, relatively bitter juice in the mouth, fine, ripe tannin, smoky and tobacco, with air also downright tarry wood aromas, somewhat peppery and spicy tones, persistent and quite strong on the palate, a hint of eucalyptus and liquorice, certain depth, minty tones, delicately roasted and bitter chocolate aromas, hints of plums, mineral notes, rather complex, very good, dense, juicy and smoky finish with bacony nuances and a certain acid bite
