The estate is located in the municipality of Osterspai (Loreley area) in the German wine-growing region middle Rhine, The family has been involved in viticulture since 1620. Today the business is run by Jens Didinger. The vineyards cover almost four hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Fässerlay. Feuerlay and Mandelstein in the Boppard Hamm, They are planted with the white varieties Riesling (80%), Müller-Thurgau and Kerner, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. It becomes natural, environmentally friendly viticulture with, for example, doing without insecticides and practiced exclusive fertilization with pomace and compost. The Rieslings are mainly fermented chilled in stainless steel tanks with the help of pure yeast. The Pinot Noir is also aged in barriques.
