2017 Guntersblum Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Tart youthful nose, fresh vegetal and light herbaceous notes, capers, bell peppers and green citrus aromas. Sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, hint of yellow spice, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, hint of sugar candy, notes reminiscent of pulses, hint of wine gums, fairly persistent, slightly sweetish finish.
