Prominent floral and light yeasty notes on the nose, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit aromas, fairly light mineral notes. Ripe, slightlycreamy, sweet fruit on the palate, light nutty and spicy notes, hint of caramel, hint of tobacco andsome smoky oak, very elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, medium body, some depth, touch of yellow spice, fairly prominent mineral notes, hint of lychee, very good, long, firm finish.
