2017 AOC Graubünden Pinot Noir "Unique", German-speaking Switzerland-Grison, Switzerland

Firm, deep, cool nose, floral and light spicy notes, predominantly red berries, hint of licorice, touch of cloves, hint of tobacco, mineral traces. Firm, tart, youthful fruit on the palate, firm, fine tannins, light acid bite, smoky, toasted oak, persistent and concentrated, full-bodied, but also elegant, good depth, hint of cloves, very light meaty traces, hint of bacon, earthy and salty mineral notes, some grip, still undeveloped, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes, very good, firm, taut, juicy, spicy finish.
