Translate to English Fester, sehr mineralischer Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit erdigen und feinen kräuterigen Noten sowie etwas Anis. Verhältnismäßig ruhiger Stil, nicht ganz trockene, schmelzige Frucht mit leichtem Gerbstoff und altholzig wirkenden Spuren, Winterbirnen und Quitten, fest gebaut und würzig, sehr feine Säure, Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, wieder viel Mineralik, gute Tiefe, recht saftiger und wieder auch würziger Abgang.
