Translate to English Kühler, dabei recht fester, etwas erdiger und vegetabiler, ruhiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Noten, Mineralik und einem Hauch Kräuter. Zurückhaltende, recht feste und saftige, ganz trockene Frucht, getrocknet-pflanzliche, zart hefige und ganz leicht tabakige Noten, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, deutliche, erdige Mineralik, etwas Griff, gewisse Tiefe, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, wird mit Luft saftiger und zugleich feiner, sehr guter, wieder eher herber Abgang.
