Translate to English Herbe, feste, erdig-mineralische und deutlich pflanzliche Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und ganz leicht speckigen Noten. Herb-saftige, kühle Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich, etwas erdig und angedeutet speckig, recht lebendige Säure, noch ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, deutliche, erdige Mineralik, sehr guter, wieder relativ herber Abgang mit Griff und Biss. Braucht noch etwas Zeit.
