Cool, herbal, somewhat yeasty and chalky-mineral, also slightly earthy citrus scent with stone fruit notes and a little herbs. Ripe, somewhat melting and sweetish fruit with notes of candy, fine acidity, minerality going into the salty, a little yellow spice on the palate, yeasty traces, a breath wax, butter and fat-rich nuts, very good finish with red berry nuances
