Translate to English Fester, herber und noch ein wenig reduktiver, etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher und deutlich mineralischer Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Noten und petroligen Spuren. Recht saftige Frucht mit hefigen, pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und wieder deutlich mineralischen Noten, sehr feine Säure, etwas Griff von mürb-sandigem Gerbstoff, ganz leicht pilzige und speckige Nuancen, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Saft, Mineralik und Griff.
