2004 Ihringen Winklerberg Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Honeydew melon and some pomaceous fruit on the nose, elegant spice and mineral notes. Clean, elegant, juicy fruit, very firmly structured, with elegant, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, cool mineral notes, excellent balance, full-bodied and has some bite, long finish.
