Translate to English Gereifter, etwas holziger und ganz leicht verschwommener Duft nach Hagebutten und anderen roten Beeren mit kandiert-nussigen Aromen, vegetabilen Anklängen und ein wenig Karamell. Etwas röstige, holzwürzige Frucht im Mund, Kandisnoten, vegetabile Töne und ein wenig Tabak, mittelfeines Tannin, spürbarer Alkohol, Noten von Malz und Karamell am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter, ein wenig kompottiger Abgang mit rauchigen und salzigen Noten.

Editor note: Preserved red and black berries on the nose, malted and mineral notes, dried flowers, delicate spicy oak. Firm on the palate, prominent smoky and roasted oak, also fairly prominent fruit, appears cool although fully ripe, light vegetal notes and some old oak, fine, slightly astringent tannins, fairly prominent mineral notes in the background, very good persistence, firm structure, good depth, medium-long finish, the smoky and slightly astringent oak tends to contain the ripe fruit to some extent.
