2005 Ihringen Winklerberg Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Developed nose, pomaceous fruit and some melon, light nutty notes and some oak. Mature, creamy, tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, elegant acidity, nutty oak, slightly muted, perhaps slightly past its peak, but still very pleasant to drink, good finish.
