2007 Achkarren Schlossberg Riesling trocken Großes Gewächs ***, Baden, Germany

Partly dried pomaceous fruit on the nose, touch of caramel, light vegetal notes, herbaceous and mineral traces. Some more light vegetal notes on the palate, restrained partly dried fruit, caramel, some mineral notes, fairly persistent, elegant acidity, fairly tranquil style, good finish.
