Translate to English Zurückhaltender, vegetabiler und zart nussiger Duft mit leicht wachsigen Aromen und einem Hauch Pilzen, mit Luft zunehmend Bohnerwachs. Sehr herbe, entwickelte, wieder zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabil, leicht pilzig und einen Hauch wachsig, feine Säure, ganz trockener Stil, etwas Schmelz, mineralische Anklänge, ordentlicher, herber Abgang. Schon etwas über seiner besten Zeit, aber noch nicht tot.
