Trockene, zartsaftige Frucht im Mund, feine vegetabile und kräuterige Würze, verspielte Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, feiner Griff, laktische Spuren, auch ganz leicht nussig im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
