Full-bodied, concentrated and juicy on the palate, ripe, creamy, fairly polished fruit, yeasty and light nutty aromas, slightly smoky moderate oak, good substance and persistence, firm structure, both warm and cool elements, mineral notes in the background, hint of herbs and white pepper, some salty notes, spicy oak on a very good, juicy finish.
