Cool, tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, some old oak, restrained yellow fruit, some green tobacco, coffee, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, smoky, nutty oak, some tobacco, hint of sugar candy, vegetal notes, elegant acidity, integrated tannins still fairly prominent, good substance and persistence, full body, tart mineral notes in the background, firm grip and structure, still largely undeveloped, hint of caramel and butter, very good finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
