Fairly cool nose, light vegetal as well as delicate herbaceous and floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, restrained, light nutty notes, touch of eucalyptus, mineral notes. Surprisingly cool fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, yeasty, vegetal and mineral notes, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, good persistence, touch of candied lemon, some bite, mineral traces in the background, still young, very good, fairly firm and juicy finish.
