Fairly restrained dry fruit on the palate, earthy notes, old oak and mushrooms, elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins, still slightly astringent, persistent, slightly open style, good substance, firm grip, hint of tobacco, an old-fashioned style in the best sense of the term, will provide an excellent partner for food, good to very good tart finish.
