2016 Saarburg Rausch Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Herbaceous notes on the nose, light yellow spice, citrus fruit, ripe pomaceous fruit and some apricots, floral traces. Cool, light-bodied, fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and delicate yeasty notes, earthy and mineral notes, peppery traces, lively, elegant acidity, still slightly muted, becomes more juicy with aeration, good persistence, good to very good finish with delicate floral traces.
