2014 Erden Prälat Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel, Mosel, Germany

Somewhat dried vegetable to herbaceous and slightly earthy citrus stone fruit scent with tart earthy minerality and slightly wilted floral nuances. Tight, very sweet fruit with quite present acidity, still slightly drying and covering tannin and again a lot of earthy minerality, dried vegetable to herbal aromas on the palate, lasting, good substance and some depth, a lot of grip, even in the very good, tight and juicy finish still a little tannin rough. Must mature a little.
