Deep and concentrated scent of dried and candied yellow fruits with dried vegetable to tobacco notes, some saffron and curry, dried floral aromas and clear, tart minerality. Also in the mouth very concentrated, dried and candied fruit, radiantly clean, with enormous sweetness, but also very tight, demanding acidity, deep and persistent on the palate, multi-layered, herbal, slightly yellow-spicy and very mineral, fine tannin grip, still quite compact structure, quite viscous, to chew, very long, handy and complex finish with lots of sweet juice and spice. Great.
