Translate to English Kühler, noch hefiger, auch süßlich-kräuteriger Zitrus-Kernobstduft mit feinen vegetabilen, floralen und herben erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Feinsaftige, recht fest gewirkte, nicht völlig trockene Frucht im Mund, hefige Aromen und an Wurzelgemüse erinnernde vegetabile Töne, feine Säure, zarter Schmelz und etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Griff, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, könnte gern noch ein wenig trockener sein, sehr guter Abgang mit süßlichem Schmelz und feiner Würze. Sollte noch ein wenig reifen.
