Translate to English Fester und recht herber, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, mineralischer und leicht hefiger Duft mit kühlen, zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Auch im Mund ziemlich fest gewirkt, nicht ganz trockene, feinsaftige Frucht mit vegetabilen bis kräuterigen Nuancen und wieder etwas Hefe, lebendige, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund deutliche Mineralik, eleganter Stil, ziemlich kühl wirkend und nobel, noch kaum entwickelt, deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, etwas süßlicher Abgang mit Griff und feiner Würze.
