Firm, tart, yet lively citrus apple scent with peach notes, delicate vegetal and yeasty tones as well as cool, somewhat earthy mineral notes in the background. Ripe, sweet and juicy, a little apple-like fruit in the mouth, some herbaceous and also yeasty spice, very fine, lively acidity, light tannins, grippy and persistent on the palate, a little creamy, dried floral traces and mineral notes in the background, still undeveloped, very good, sweet and spicy finish with a lot of grip and again clear apple tones.
