2018 Graach Domprobst Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes on the nose, light yellow fruit aromas, yeasty, earthy and mineral notes. Light, juicy, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic grip, touch of sugar candy and some yellow spice, persistent, prominent mineral notes, hint of dark berries, still slightly reductive, some depth, more black berries on a very good, firm, sweetish, juicy finish. Still needs some time to mature.
