Clear, fairly firm, herbal-vegetable and mineral nose with fine citrus and peach notes. Clear, polished, somewhat sweetish fruit, delicate yeasty and caramel tones, very fine, lively acidity and a hint of carbon dioxide, fairly persistent, mineral notes in the background, elegant style, animating, good to very good, again delicate sweet finish , Still looks fresh.
