1999 St. Laurent trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Ruby to garnet red, significantly lighter on the rim. Spicy oak, some herbs and spices, aromas of plums and red berries. Clean, quite juicy fruit with relatively fine-grained tannins, medium- to full-bodied, good structure, fruity and spicy on the palate, harmonious, very slightly rustic style, attractive finish.
