Auch im Mund ruhig, pflanzlich und leicht nussig, kühle, klare Frucht, sehr feine Säure, mineralische Anklänge im Hintergrund, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, wirkt ziemlich unentwickelt, sehr guter Abgang.
