Translate to English Deutlich mineralischer, erdig-gemüsiger und auch ein wenig kräuterwürziger Duft nach Kernobst, Quitte und Zitrusfrüchten. Sehr fest gewirkt im Mund, kühl und herb, mit zurückhaltender, klarer Frucht, präsenter Säure und viel herber Mineralik am Gaumen, sehr nachhaltig, aber noch ziemlich verschlossen, gute Tiefe, langer Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
