Translate to English Kühle, recht feste, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit Zitrusaromen und ein wenig grünem Kern- und Steinobst. Recht feste, kühle, schlank und straff wirkende Frucht, pflanzliche Noten, ganz leicht grün, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund deutlich mineralische Töne, viel Biss und auch Griff, gewisse Spannung und Tiefe, wirkt noch sehr frisch, sehr guter, wieder kühler, säurebetonter Abgang mit ziemlich saftiger heller Frucht, pflanzlichen Noten und Salz. Gewinnt mit Luft über Tage noch einmal deutlich.

Dicht gewirkt im Mund, fest und saftig, reife Frucht mit präsenter Säure, noch ziemlich verschlossen, herbe Kräutertöne und viel Mineralik, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, absolut unentwickelt, sehr griffig, spannend und völlig unverwechselbar, leicht tabakig, langer, straffer, komplexer Nachhall.
