Translate to English Fester, eher herber, leicht rauchiger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen, pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und recht deutlich mineralischen Noten. fest gewirkte, herbe Frucht, deutlich hefig, nussige und rauchige Aromen, kräuterig und vegetabil am Gaumen, passende Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff und kreidig wirkende mineralische Töne, nachhaltig, noch leicht gedeckt, gewisse Tiefe, hat Kraft, guter bis sehr guter, herber und leicht antrocknender Abgang. Muss noch ein wenig reifen.
