2012 trocken Jodokus, Hades, Württemberg, Germany

Tart nose, spicy oak, predominantly dark berries, dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, light meaty notes, earthy traces in the background. Ripe, partly preserved dark fruit on the palate, prominent oak, tobacco and dark chocolate, fine sandy, predominantly ripe tannins, touch of smoked bacon, good substance, noticeable high alcohol, light grip, earthy notes in the background, quite firm, slightly rustic, very good finish with toasted notes and chocolate.
