2014 Heilbronn Stiftsberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Firm nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty traces, citrus with some pomaceous and stone fruit, light earthy and mineral notes, floral traces. Fairly juicy dry fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, light yeasty and nutty notes, earthy and salty mineral notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence and substance, some depth, firm structure, still largely undeveloped, very slightly astringent, more tart mineral notes on a very good tart, juicy, grippy finish.
