Fairly tart nose, light peppery traces, fresh red and some black berries, dried herbs, light nutty and earthy notes. Cool, tart fruit on the palate, earthy notes and some bacon, light acid bite, slightly sandy, astringent tannins, light herbaceous notes, smoky and salty mineral traces, fairly persistent, touch of tart spice, slightly astringent again on a good finish.
