2016 Heilbronn Pinot Gris trocken VDP.Ortswein, Drei Tauben, Württemberg, Germany

Fairly cool nose, nutty and delicate vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit, vegetal and earthy traces. Ripe, fairly polished fruit on the papalte, nutty and vegetal aromas, delicate yellow spice and peppery traces, very elegant acidity, light grip, mineral traces, very light floral touch, fairly persistent, light grip again on a good finish.
