2015 Riesling Reserve trocken Peregrin, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Light yeasty notes on the nose, hint of bacon, vegetal and herbaceous as well as earthy notes, restrained, tart yellow fruit, hint of radish. Ripe, partly candied, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, some yellow spice, vegetal and earthy notes, good substance and persistence, elegant acidity, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of tobacco, fairly firm structure, some depth, mineral notes in the background, clear contours, floral traces, very good slightly creamy, juicy and spicy fini8sh.
