Cool nose, light floral notes, partly candied citrus fruit, lychee and some wine gums. Clear, juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, floral notes, prominent sage, lively, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, touch of wine gums again, some sugar candy, ethereal traces on a good finish.
