Tart nose, vegetal, earthy and light nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit, yeasty and peppery traces. Bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, very elegant acidity, good substance, creamy, integrated tannins provide some grip, herbaceous traces, hint of tobacco, earthy and salty mineral notes, some depth, quite full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, still young, floral traces in the background, very good finish.
