2017 Oberschwarzach Handthaler Stollberg Silvaner Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, light volatile andlactic notes, slightly warm, ripe, partly preserved yellow fruit, herbaceous, floral and earthy notes. Fairly firm, restrained, slightly tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and herbaceous notes, some grip, good substance and persistence, quite full-bodied, salty notes in the background, firm bite, noticeable alcohol, very slightly muted, good, tart finish.
