Firm nose, vegetal and mineral notes, floral traces, restrained, tart yellow fruit. Ripe, juicy, sweetish, creamy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, yeasty traces, prominent vegetal notes, reminiscent of avocado, pepperyspice, good substance and persistence, full-bodied, noticeable warm alcohol, some depth, mineral notes in the background, still young, very good, juicy, tart, vegetal, mineral finish.

Editor note: Tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light earthy notes, restrained light yellow fruit, peppery traces and mineral notes. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, very full-bodied, sweetish and creamy, but also has bite and grip, persistent, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light peppery notes, tart, slightly salty mineral notes, good depth, smoky notes, increasingly shows pepper, floral and herbaceous notes with aeration, very good juicy, minerally, spicy, grippy finish.

Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous note, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon and traces of yellow spice, persistent and full-bodied, hint of brown butter and some tobacco, some depth, mineral notes, spice and some sugar candy, noticeable warm alcohol, very good, fairly firm juicy finish, becomes more firm, and alcohol more integrated with aeration.
