Translate to English Vegetabiler und etwas erdiger bis mineralischer Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einem Hauch Speck. Recht fest gewirkte, ganz trockene Frucht, vegetabile, helle erdige bis mineralische und ein wenig speckige Noten, recht lebendige Säure, ein wenig Gerbstoff, salzige Noten, hat Griff, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang.
