Translate to English Fester, deutlich vegetabiler bis leicht kräuteriger, auch nussiger und ein wenig erdiger Duft mit Zitrusaromen, etwas Stein- und Kernobst sowie floralen und angedeutet speckigen Noten. Herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, deutlich pflanzliche bis kräuterige und ein wenig nussige Würze, salzige Mineralik, lebendige Säure und ganz leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren im Hintergrund, gewisse Tiefe, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, sehr guter, leicht trocknender und ein wenig krautiger Abgang mit herbem Saft, Biss und Griff.
