Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, reminiscent of celery, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of red berries, mineral notes. Bone dry, restrained, ripe fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal notes, reminiscent of root vegetables, light peppery notes, salty and chalky mineral notes, good substance and persistence, some depth, still young, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, buttery traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good, firm, tart, grippy finish.
