Youthful nose, slightly yeasty, elegant vegetal notes, hint of bacon, tart yellow fruit aromas, light nutty notes, light mineral notes in the background. Clear, firm, tart fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, nutty and partly dried vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, peppery traces, elegant, lively acidity, persistent, has some bite and depth, cvlear contours, very good, firm finish.
