Fairly cool, firm nose, light herbaceous and partly dried floral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of black berries, yeasty traces, light mineral notes. Fairly firm, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal notes, yeasty traces, floral and mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, some grip and bite, good persistence, nutty aromas in the background, hint of bacon, some depth, very good, juicy, grippy finish. A classy Bacchus.
