2015 Leinsweiler Sonnenberg Spätburgunder trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Partly dried vegetal notes on the nose, earthy notes, hint of bacon, predominantly red berries and a whiff of plums, traces of roasted bell peppers, iodine and iron. Fairly tart on the palate, light peppery spice, light earthy and dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, lively acidity, fine tannins, hint of citrus zests, fairly persistent, quite a fresh style, dried spicy and floral traces, good to very good finish.
